But, at the very least, they definitely seemed to be a radically non-traditional company. I love of alot of their approaches. But, (and this is a BIG BUT) i also think if such a structure can work for you also depends on your clients. When working with big OEMs for example you have to match their structure to some extent to be able to serve them well.
